Yoga is an ancient meditative and physical practice that combines breath controlled movements (pranayamas) in the form of moving through and holding various postures (asanas).
The postures in YOGA are meant to stretch, loosen and challenge the client physically, while the conscious and controlled breathing is used to assist the mind in staying present and calm . . . all this is for the for the purpose of releasing tension, moving through stress and returning to healthful vitality. YouReiki is a traditional modality of energy healing that originates in Japan. Although energy healing is not exclusive to anyone teacher or modality, the rhythm and flow of Reiki is gentle, non-invasive and honoring of all spiritual paths.
This traditional method of Reiki has four levels; with each level building upon the previous level as well as being the pre-requisite (or building block) for learning the next level. In these classes you will be taught how to feel energy bot in yourself and others, recognize whether you are picking up (and maybe even carrying) someone else’s energy as gain a clearer understanding of where and how in your body you express your energetic presence.
