YOGA Classes . . .
Yoga is an ancient meditative and physical practice that combines breath controlled movements (pranayamas) in the form of moving through and holding various postures (asanas) for the purpose of releasing tension and stress. The postures in YOGA are meant to stretch, loosen and challenge the client physically, while the conscious controlled breathing is used to assist the mind in staying present and calm.
Every YOGA Class will meet the student exactly where they are at in their physical and respiratory capacity, while offering the opportunity to have these capacities expanded upon and strengthened with each practice.
