WHAT IS A SOUL BOX?
A SOUL Box is a physical box or container into which one can place prayers and intentions in the form of written notes and objects or talismans that express or symbolize one's requests or desires.
HOW TO MAKE A SOUL BOX
Some useful Supplies you may choose to use:
~a box or container that functions as a box (this can be something you already have, something you buy or something you make)
~consider for your box to have a lid
HOW TO USE A SOUL BOX
Think of a process or situation you are currently going through:
~something you're needing clarity about
~something you need to forgive
~a decision you want to make
~a fear you want to overcome
Once you have decided what you would like to focus on, create a talisman (rock, crystal, special memento,art project,stamp, picture, a letter, a note, etc). The purpose of the talisman is for you to allow it to represent your situation or issue. Once you have created or chosen your talisman place it in your SOUL Box and put the box in a safe place for keeping.
THE PURPOSE OF A SOUL BOX
Once you have put your SOUL Box in a place for safe keeping the purpose is to let go and let the universe take care of it. This box is not about winning the lottery or getting your way. The purpose of the SOUL Box is for letting go and allowing . . . allowing for resolution, relief, understanding and peace.
Each time you have something you are working through or are looking for clarity or are simply needing to let something rest remember to use your SOUL Box and allow the universe conspire FOR YOU!!
