Reiki . . .
Reiki is a traditional modality of energy healing that originates in Japan. Although energy healing is not exclusive to anyone teacher or modality, the rhythm and flow of Reiki is gentle, non-invasive and honoring of all spiritual paths.
This traditional method of Reiki has four levels; all four levels of Usui Reiki are facilitated and offered for attunement and certification at Discover YOU. In these classes you will be taught how to feel energy, recognize whether you are picking up and carrying someone else’s energy and gain a clearer understanding of where and how in your body you express your energetic presence.
Discover YOU also offers private one-on-one sessions for those that do not wish to learn the modality but would LOVE to experience the gentle healing relaxation of a private Reiki session.
