Personal Reiki Sessions are personalized and tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. Personal Child Sessions are also available; these sessions are shorter in length and parents are required to attend. Reiki is a safe and non-invasive practice of relaxation for the body, mind and soul. Reiki is safe for elderly and children as well as adults.
